Prospect Ridge Metropolitan District No. 1
May 6, 2025 Election

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Directors of the above-referenced political subdivision of the information required under Section 1-7-908(1), C.R.S.:

1      The District was organized on November 29, 2022.  Thus, there is no financial information for fiscal year 2021.

2      Information is based on estimated figures.

3      The District was on Inactive Status the entirety of fiscal years 2023-2025.

4      Amount of any debt or other financial obligation incurred by the District for cash flow purposes that has a term of not more than one (1) year.

5      If the emergency reserve fund is not fully funded by cash or investments, as required by the Colorado Constitution, it must include in this notice a statement of reasons for not fully funding the reserve.

The District’s audited financial statements, management letters and budgets for the past four (4) years, if any, are available for public review at: McGeady Becher Cortese Williams P.C., 450 E. 17th Ave., Suite 400, Denver, CO  80203.

This notice shall be posted at least twenty (20) days before the election on the website of the District

POR LA PRESENTE SE NOTIFICA por la Junta Directiva de la subdivisión política arriba mencionada de la información requerida bajo la Sección 1-7-908(1), C.R.S.:

^{1       El Distrito se constituyó el 29 de noviembre de 2022. Por lo tanto, no se dispone de información financiera para el año fiscal 2021.}

^{2       La información se basa en cifras estimadas.}

^{3       El Distrito estuvo en estado inactivo durante la totalidad de los años fiscales 2023-2025.}

^{4       Monto de cualquier deuda u otra obligación financiera contraída por el Distrito para fines de flujo de caja con un plazo no superior a un (1) año.}

^{5       Si el fondo de reserva de emergencia no se financia completamente con efectivo o inversiones, como lo exige la Constitución de Colorado, debe incluir en este aviso una declaración de los motivos por los cuales no se financia completamente la reserva.}

^{Los estados financieros auditados, las cartas de gestión y los presupuestos del Distrito correspondientes a los últimos cuatro (4) años, si los hubiera, están disponibles para consulta pública en: McGeady Becher Cortese Williams P.C., 450 E. 17th Ave., Suite 400, Denver, CO 80203.}
